- Alarm Alert Bed Sensor Pad will last 1 year
- Designed to be used with Alarm Alert Alarms by Blue Jay (Models BJ115205 and BJ115305)
- 10 x 30
- Plug the sensor pad into the alarm
- Position: Option 1: Place the pad under the patients shoulders to alert the caregiver when the patient sits up in bed or Option 2: Place the pad under the patients buttocks to alert the caregiver when the patient leaves the bed
- Alarm will sound when the patient removes their body weight from the sensor pad
- Write the patients name start date and end date with a soft felt tip permanent marker
- Pad can be folded in half when storing to take up less shelf space
- Limited 1-year warranty
